Cancellation & Refund Policy

PTERESULT does not offer any refund in any given circumstances. This goes true even for the 'evaluation' feature. Nevertheless, a refund on cancellation is possible. To get a refund on cancellation, you SHOULD NOT have taken a single test from the set of tests provided to you, and cancellation request should be initiated within 12 hours of purchase. Please note that cancellation will delete your account from all of our portals. Please note that there is a NRs 500.00 admin fee for cancellation.
