Is PTE valid for Australian Visa?

In Australia, the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA) accepts scores from the Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) for purposes of applying for Student Visa, General Skilled Migration and Permanent Employment Sponsored Visa.
